Navigate Retention Solutions is an early alert and connection tool used by faculty, staff and students to support student academic success.
Navigate Early Alert allows faculty and staff to generate notifications – called flags – on students demonstrating behaviors, performance and characteristics that correlate with risk of not succeeding. These notifications help student services personnel to better assist students who may be facing academic difficulty. Navigate also enables student services personnel to easily document their outreach efforts with students and to quickly communicate those efforts back to the faculty or staff who have raised flags on students. Faculty even have the option in Navigate to send encouragement to students who are doing well or improving in their coursework.
Navigate creates a bridge between students, instructors, advisors and student services to keep students on the right track. In addition to communication elements, online appointment scheduling is available through Navigate.
