Tim Lutz, superintendent of Bemidji Area Schools, will deliver the 2019 Commencement address for Northwest Technical College.
Lutz will address graduates at the college’s annual commencement exercise, set for May 10 in Bemidji’s Sanford Center. NTC commencement begins at 7 p.m. and is open to the public free of charge.
About Tim Lutz
Lutz started his educational career as a high school English teacher and school counselor, before transitioning into K-12 administration and leadership positions. Currently the superintendent of Bemidji Area Schools, Lutz previously served as the principal and superintendent at Kelliher Public School. He earned a master’s degree in curriculum and assessment from Bemidji State University and a specialist degree in administrative leadership from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
